We approached Ryan at RC Web Development for 2 new projects.

The first was a promotional e-shot sent out over the festive period in 2012.

Ryan was extremely helpful and professional in his approach and answers. The solution he provided enabled us to run the promotion ourselves which helped us to give the personal touch to our customers. The project was turned around in well in advance of original delivery time and helped us create numerous new contacts that has previously been dormant.

The second project was based around making data output more efficient from supplied customer files and included numerous checks put in place to help catch customer supplied errors. The project was completed quickly and Ryan's forward thinking has helped make the project "future proof" to facilitate future additional customer changes.

On both projects Ryan was professional in his application to the required task and showed a willingness to give additional thoughts to make the project work better. I have been impressed with his work ethos and nothing we requested was too much trouble. The tasks were performed within the agreed time scale and additional bug fixes and add-on's were dealt with quickly.
